Baking - A Recipe for You

This is a great recipe to make if you like EASY and TASTY. Don't let the cake mix fool you - this is definately delicious. And the frosting! Because there is no icing sugar it is not too sweet - just light and lemony. Try it out next time you have company

LEMON CAKE
One package of Duncan Hines Moist Delux Lemon Cake Mix

Prepare and bake cake according to package.
Let cool completely
Split cake in half horizontally

LEMON ICING
One 6 oz (185 ml) can frozen lemonade, thawed
1 (14oz) can Bordons sweetened condensed milk
1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip - thawed
Lemon slices for garnish
Combine lemonade and sweetened condensed milk. Fold in whipped topping. Blend well.
Frost cake half - then add second half on top. Frost top of cake and sides.
Decorate as you see fit (mint leaves, lemon slices, etc)
